Welcome to Aora Pakistan. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, placing orders, purchasing products, and using our services.

Aora Pakistan operates this website to sell clothing, activewear, accessories, and related fashion products in Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
2. Product Information
We try our best to display product details, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or display differences.
Aora Pakistan reserves the right to correct any errors in product information, pricing, stock availability, or descriptions without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices on Aora Pakistan are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice due to promotions, stock updates, cost changes, or campaign changes.
If a pricing error occurs, Aora Pakistan reserves the right to cancel or revise the order before dispatch.
4. Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation through email, SMS, call, or WhatsApp.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you for verification before dispatch.
Aora Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any order due to: Incorrect customer details, Unverified COD order, Stock unavailability, Pricing error, Payment issue, Suspicious or fraudulent activity, Courier service limitations.
5. Payment Terms
We may offer payment methods such as: Cash on Delivery, Bank transfer, Debit/credit card, Digital wallet or payment gateway, Any other available payment method shown at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery, the customer must pay the full amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
For prepaid orders, payment must be received and verified before dispatch.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Aora Pakistan delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier partners.
Estimated delivery timeline: Major cities: 3–5 working days, Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days, Sale/Eid/peak campaign orders: 5–10 working days.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, incomplete address, customer unavailability, or high order volume.
Aora Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but our team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Exchange Policy
Aora Pakistan offers one-time exchange on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, In original packaging, With original tags, labels, and invoice, Free from perfume, stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or signs of wear, In resellable condition.
Exchange requests may be rejected if the product does not meet these conditions.
8. No Cash Refund Policy
Aora Pakistan follows a No Cash Refund Policy.
Refunds are not offered once an order has been confirmed, processed, delivered, or payment has been completed.
In eligible cases, Aora Pakistan may offer: Size exchange, Product exchange, Replacement, Store credit, Discount code.
Cash refunds are not applicable.
9. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale, promotion, clearance, bundle offer, discount campaign, or final-sale campaign are not eligible for exchange or refund, unless the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective.
If an item bought at regular price later goes on sale, any approved exchange will be handled according to stock availability and Aora Pakistan's exchange rules.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact Aora Pakistan within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share: Order number, Product pictures, Invoice picture, Parcel packaging picture/video, Short explanation of the issue.
After review, if the claim is approved, Aora Pakistan may offer a replacement, product exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
11. Customer Responsibilities
When placing an order, the customer must provide correct and complete information, including: Full name, Active phone number, Complete delivery address, City and area, Nearest landmark, if needed, Correct size and product selection.
Aora Pakistan will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect customer information.
12. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the parcel, or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to Aora Pakistan.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Aora Pakistan reserves the right to restrict or cancel future COD orders if a customer repeatedly refuses parcels without a valid reason.
13. Account & Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy website content, or use our platform for illegal or harmful activities.
Aora Pakistan reserves the right to block, restrict, or cancel access if misuse is detected.
14. Promotional Offers
Discount codes, vouchers, free shipping, bundle offers, and promotional campaigns may have specific terms and validity periods.
Aora Pakistan reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product images, text, logos, graphics, designs, banners, videos, and brand materials, belongs to Aora Pakistan or its authorized partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, sell, or distribute our content without written permission.

Our maximum responsibility for any approved claim will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Aora Pakistan is not responsible for third-party service errors, delays, downtime, or policies, but we will assist customers where possible.
