At Aora Pakistan, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and smoothly across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

Aora Pakistan delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery is available in major cities, towns, and selected remote areas, depending on courier service availability.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team may contact you through call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for order confirmation.

After confirmation, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Major cities: 3–5 working days, Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 working days, Sale or festive season orders: 5–10 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incomplete address details, or high order volume.

4. Shipping Charges

Aora Pakistan offers free delivery across Pakistan on all orders.

No standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless stated otherwise for any special case, remote location, or future campaign update.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Payment must be made to the courier rider before receiving the parcel.

If the customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, Aora Pakistan reserves the right to limit or cancel future COD orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking details to check your parcel status through the courier partner's tracking system.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make limited delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to Aora Pakistan.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please provide complete and correct delivery details at checkout, including: Full name, Complete address, City, Area/nearest landmark, Active phone number, Alternate contact number, if available.

Aora Pakistan will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Delayed Orders

We try our best to deliver all orders on time. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, law-and-order situations, public holidays, stock verification, or peak sale periods.

If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number, parcel images, and issue details. After review, Aora Pakistan may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another suitable solution.

11. International Shipping

Currently, this policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.

International shipping, if available in the future, may have separate delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, and timelines.
