Where is Aora activewear designed and manufactured?

Aora was born in the heart of Dubai, UAE, where our activewear philosophy is created. All of our products are designed with carefully sourced materials and manufactured using strictly responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices

Aora is built on a philosophy that merges high-performance function with style and conscience. Instead of just focusing on fitness, our premium apparel is engineered specifically for "mindful movers"offering gear that supports your active lifestyle while respecting the planet through sustainable production.

Aora officially launched in 2024 in Dubai, UAE, with the mission to empower the activewear community through premium, ethically made, and beautifully designed performance wear.

Aora Pakistan follows a strict No Cash Refund Policy. Once an order is confirmed, processed, or delivered, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we are happy to help you with a size exchange, product exchange, or a replacement if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

You can request a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible. Please note that once an item has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged a second time unless the replacement itself arrives damaged or incorrect.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, resellable condition. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice intact. It must also be completely free of perfume, stains, makeup, or deodorant marks.

Customer Preference / Size Changes: If you are exchanging an item because of a size issue or a change of mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for the return courier and shipping charges.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If Aora Pakistan accidentally sent you the wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will fully cover the delivery charges once your claim is approved.

No. Products purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance, bundle offer, or final-sale campaign are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, unless the item you received was genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please share your order number, clear pictures of the product and invoice, a picture/video of the parcel packaging, and a short explanation of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
